1Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also enter your order number on our tracking page at any time.
Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within the United States takes another 5 to 8 business days. All orders are shipped with full Track & Trace via DHL or FedEx.
Orders placed before 18:00 CET (Mon to Fri) are processed the same day.
Tracking information can take up to 4 days to update after dispatch, especially in the first stages. If your tracking has not updated for more than 4 business days, use the contact form below with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
First, check with neighbours, household members, your mailbox, porch, garage and any other safe place where the carrier may have left the parcel. Couriers occasionally deliver without leaving a note.
If the parcel is still missing after that, use the contact form below with your order number. We will open a delivery investigation with the carrier and most cases are resolved within 4 business days.
2Shipping & delivery
Vanda Liamo ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Free shipping on every order. No minimum.

Delivery times are indicative. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
Use the contact form below as soon as possible after placing your order. We can change addresses for orders that have not yet entered processing. Once a parcel is in the carrier network the address can no longer be modified.
We do not ship to PO boxes. APO/FPO addresses are not currently supported either, as DHL and FedEx require a residential or commercial street address.
3Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on any item bought at vandaliamo.com. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- With original tags still attached
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
- Swimwear: hygiene sticker fully intact
1. Send a request. Use the contact form below, select "Returns & refunds" and include your order number plus the items you want to return. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
2. Pack and ship. Pack the items securely with all original tags. Ship the parcel back using a tracked service of your choice.
3. Refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or sent in error. In those cases we cover the full cost. Just include a clear photo of the issue when you email us.
We are sorry. Use the contact form below within 14 days of delivery, include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want. This avoids any wait time on stock movement.
4Sizing & product
Each product page has a dedicated Size Guide with measurements in centimetres and inches. We recommend taking your own measurements with a soft tape and comparing to the chart for the most accurate fit.
If you are between two sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, size up. For a fitted look, size down.
Materials are listed on each product page under Composition. We use a mix of natural and high-performance synthetics depending on the garment, prioritising durability and comfort.
Always check the care label on the garment first. As a general rule:
- Wash inside-out at 30°C with similar colours
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or air dry flat to preserve shape
- Iron on low heat if needed
5Payment
We accept all major payment methods at checkout, including:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
- PayPal
All transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed by Shopify Payments.
Yes. We never store your full card details on our servers. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). Our checkout uses 256-bit SSL encryption end-to-end.
If your payment was declined at checkout, the most common reasons are:
- Card billing address does not match the address on file with your bank
- Daily spending limit has been reached
- Bank flagged the transaction as suspicious (online stores are sometimes blocked by default)
