1. Definitions

Withdrawal Period: The period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Long-Term Transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services where delivery and/or purchase obligations are spread over a longer period.
Right of Withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: The legal entity offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.

3. Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

4. The Offer

Our offers are non-binding and subject to availability. If an offer has a limited validity period, this will be explicitly stated. Each offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.

5. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the stated conditions. The entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer receives the product. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

7. Consumer Obligations During the Withdrawal Period

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as custom-made or perishable goods. If applicable, this will be stated in the product description.

9. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT rates or other legal obligations.

10. Conformity and Warranty

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable standards of quality and usability. If a product does not meet expectations, please refer to our Return Policy.

11. Delivery and Performance

12. Long-Term Transactions

Agreements entered into for an indefinite period may be terminated by the consumer at any time with a notice period of one month.

13. Payment

Payments are processed through secure systems and comply with legal security standards. In the event of non-payment, the entrepreneur has the right to suspend further execution of the agreement. Please refer to our Payment Policy for all available payment methods.

14. Complaints Procedure
