Return Policy
Welcome to the return policy of Vanda Liamo (part of LRS ECOM BV)! We understand that trying on clothing is essential when buying women’s fashion online. That’s why we offer a flexible return policy, with attention to hygiene and quality.
This policy applies to orders from the United States.

- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.
Return conditions
- Products must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags and labels must still be attached.
- Products must be packaged in the original packaging (if possible).
- Swimwear (bikinis and one-pieces) must be unwashed, unused and must keep the hygiene sticker intact. Returns without a hygiene sticker may be refused.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.
Return procedure
Our return procedure is simple and consists of four steps:

Register your return:
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from your order up to 30 days after receipt without stating a reason.
1.2 For correct processing of your return, contact our customer service via [Contact us] or email info@vandaliamo.com Include your order number and the products you want to return.
1.3 To properly register returns, we ask you to register your return in advance. Returns sent without prior registration may be delayed in processing and may not be processed correctly.
1.4 Please note: return shipments are at your own expense. Our return address is located at our international warehouse (Asia) and is listed on the return form.

Download the return form (PDF) - Pack the product: Make sure the product is packaged well to prevent damage during transport. Use the original packaging if possible.
- Ship the product: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Standard costs are approximately €16,95 per package. We can offer a more affordable alternative by email.
- Refund: After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds

Please note: processing time at your bank may take a few additional business days.
Non-returnable items
- Items without a hygiene sticker (swimwear)
- Products that have been worn or washed
- Products with stains, odors, damage, or signs of use
Responsibility & damage
We are not liable for loss or damage during return shipping. Make sure you package the item well and preferably return it using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Our return address is outside the EU (Asia). Please keep in mind that returns to a warehouse outside the EU may result in longer delivery times and higher shipping costs.
Return shipment by the customer : The costs for returning the item are at your expense (approximately € 16,95 per package).
Address changes
Do you want to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible at info@vandaliamo.com. We can only guarantee this if the package has not yet been processed.
Undeliverable packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
