Return Policy

Welcome to the Return Policy of Vanda Liamo (part of LRS ECOM B.V.)! We understand that trying on clothing is essential when purchasing women’s fashion online. That’s why we offer a flexible return policy, while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

This policy applies to orders placed from the United States.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of a defective item.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unwashed and unworn and in original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Products should be returned in the original packaging (if possible).
  • Swimwear (bikinis and swimsuits) must be unwashed, unused, and the hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns without the hygiene sticker may be refused.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

Return Procedure

Our return process consists of four simple steps:

  1. Register your return:

    1.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.

    1.2 For proper processing, please contact our customer service via our Contact Page or email info@vandaliamo.com. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

    1.3 To ensure proper registration, returns must be reported in advance. Unregistered returns may experience processing delays.

    1.4 Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense. Our return address is located at our international warehouse (Asia) and will be provided after registration.

  3. Package the product: Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transport. Use the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the product: Return shipping costs are at your expense. Standard shipping costs are approximately €16.95 per package. We may offer a more affordable alternative via email.
  5. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 days. The amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

Refunds

After receipt and approval of your return, we aim to process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note: Your bank may require additional processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear without hygiene sticker
  • Worn or washed products
  • Products with stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

Responsibility & Damage

We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. Please ensure your item is securely packaged and preferably returned using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Our return address is located outside the EU (Asia). Returns to a warehouse outside the EU may result in longer shipping times and higher shipping costs.

Customer Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are at your expense (approximately €16.95 per package).

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via info@vandaliamo.com. We can only guarantee changes if the order has not yet been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
